This is not one of those cheap plastic fakes! This spike or nail is made of sturdy metal, and will be good for a long time!

The "nail" has a curve built in to accommodate the shape of your hand. When you put it on, it will give the impression that you have accidentally put a nail right through your hand. The bloody bandage ads a nice touch, as well as hides the bend in the nail.
